2. MY MOVEMENT: Your selected activities are listed here: access your program, reserved classes, joined challenges, and all other activities you have chosen at your facility.
3. RESULTS: Review your progress and monitor your results.

Enjoy a top-notch experience at Technogym-equipped facilities using SYNERGYM PLUS to connect to the equipment via Bluetooth, NFC, or QR Code. The equipment will automatically set up with your program, and your results will be tracked seamlessly in your mywellness account.

Record MOVEs manually or synchronize with other applications such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag, and Withings.
